Capital's colonization of nature and bodies is built on infrastructure. At the same time, infrastructure is essential to human life and wellbeing. Feminist Infrastructural Critique. Life-Affirming Practices Against Capital foregrounds that use, maintenance, and repair are key to resisting infrastructural violence and injustice. Fourteen contributions by thirty-six authors present feminist infrastructural practices in a wide range of geographies ranging, among others, from the Brazilian Amazon to different cities in Europe, Pakistan, the Seychelles, Syria, and Puerto Rico. Taken together they show that infrastructure can be practiced otherwise.
